Alakazamtrainer 02/11/18 3:59:31 PM #1:	Idk where else to ask this as noone has an answer. Anytime i install anything from steam or anything for that matter then restart windows 10, it gets stuck in a restart loop trying to fix itself. (It restarts fine if nothing is download). What's up with the restart command then? shutting down completely and then booting up resets all processes running on your computer, simply restarting doesn't. it keeps a lot of processes active because that makes rebooting faster and more convenient. AverageCEgal 02/12/18 8:17:35 PM #11:	You have four options that are viable: copy your steam\steamapps\common\ to keep your games to another folder, uninstall steam and then reinstall it, copy over those game folders and hope it works fine, shut your PC down and hope when you boot it up that it works fine now, you can restore to an earlier state in your laptop (assuming you have one) or else reinstall Windows.
