We have all the amenities, great layout and decor, a mutual understanding of baseline cleanliness, and we're just friends in general. It's really easy, and really nice. I really really like this spot, and I'd live here indefinitely. It'd be his decision to move, and I don't think I'd have an issue finding another person to take his spot.
