Recently hooked up my PS3 again and trying to download some games. The connection test is showing a speed of 100mbs, but I'm literally downloading at 1mbs.

PSN has been slow since roughly the same time PSN began.

it's always been like this. the wireless download speeds on my ps4 are abysmal, to the point where i thought my ps4 was defective until some ppl on the ps4 board told me this is normal
