Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I got General Tso's Chicken and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings. Thursday I got Tangerine Chicken and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings. Today I got Sliced Beef w/ Onion and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings.

I think I'm addicted.

Nothing bad with Chinese food. I eat it daily because....well I'm Chinese.

Certain dishes just like any other cultures' dish is unhealthy. General tsos ck is terrible for you. Tons of sugar and it's battered.

I ate Chinese takeout every few days and lost weight. Also my blood pressure is so low my cardiologist said to eat more sodium. So do what makes you happy and be vigilant of your health. Make changes as necessary.

If you're going to eat Chinese food, try eating it at authentic Chinese Restaurant / Take Out areas.

Not Americanized Chinese Food like "Panda Express"

There is more variety, and it should be a 'Little Bit' healthier.

Yeah high sodium apparently gives you high blood pressure, I could confirm if I wasn't lazy and had a device to measure mine... Considering I've eaten McDonald's almost 5 times a week for 4 years... I feel okay tho and have lost weight since I started there.

No other fast food from other big popular franchises?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Cherng

Cherng was born in April 1948 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, Republic of China on the northern bank of Chinas Yangtze River.[4] His father was Ming-Tsai Cherng, a chef.

He and his family then moved to Taiwan after the Kuomintang was defeated in the Chinese Civil War,[2] and in 1963, his family moved to Yokohama, Japan, where his father had taken a job as a chef.[5]

In 1966, at age 18, he immigrated to the United States to study at an American university. He earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics in 1970 from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, and an M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Missouri in 1972.[4] At Baker University he had met his future wife, Peggy Tsiang, born in Burma and raised in Hong Kong,[6] who went on to earn a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Oregon State University in 1971 and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri.[5]

Trust me, it's VERY Americanized. That's why it is as successful as it is.

It's basically the McDonald's of Chinese Fast Food and every other "___Wok" or Chinese Fast Food small joint is just a cheap clone.

Depends entirely on what you get.

There's a difference between eating steamed rice and grilled chicken with mixed vegetables and pork fried rice with a side of lo mein.

Occasionally, taco bell and pizza. But those have just as much sodium so...

If you're gonna eat junk food; at least have variety of junk food.

Not just buying from the same vendor.

American Chinese food staples, for sure. But if you go to a Chinatown or order off the 'secret' menu at most Chinese places, you can usually get options that are much better for you. You're better off stateside with Vietnamese or something though if you're concerned about your health.
