I think I'm starting to gain weight back. I haven't really watched what I have eaten in the past few months but haven't noticed any weight gain. I think I've put on a few pounds so it's time to get back on my old regimen.

Starting is always the hardest part, once you get the ball rolling it's easy.

I've found that the mere act of counting calories helps lose weight. I think it's something to do with mindfulness.

Good luck. Try to eat less preservatived/filler foods as much as possible.
