Well, you've already made your decision, so don't waste the day. Think about it some more next time you don't really feel like going in.

This is the first time I seen you depressed. You always seem happy and you're always cooking stuff.

I've been for a long time, but haven't really tried to do anything about it until last September when I had a breakdown.

What do you do for work, btw, FF?

Take care of people with dementia diseases that still live in their homes.

I'm not qualified to even give a modicum of advice. I hope things swing the other way for you, TC. Nobody deserves to feel that way.

You need to fix your life, dude. Sounds like you're happy with your job, but at home, your quality of life is suffering.

I still believe you need to leave the nest, and get your own place, and settle down with someone you love.

The funny thing is I think I do deserve it. I have some basic assumption about myself that I'm worthless, even if I know I'm not, this is something that's deeply rooted inside me and has grown hold of me over the years.

In my experience, which is only by being around a few people struggling with depression, that's common. Self-worth is very important. It could be that you need to find something fulfilling to turn it around, or it could be a chemical imbalance.

Like I said, I don't know the solution. But it seems like you know you're not worthless, and that this is an unwarranted feeling. Hold onto that.

TC, if you can try exercising for 20 - 30 minutes, indoor or outdoor.

Sometimes that takes a little bit of the depression out, versus sitting at home in front of the computer. Give it a try and then have some good food later to keep ahead of the depression.

And food topics

And topics about TV shows

And topics about Swedish shit

And topics about fucking

And random topics that can't be boxed into a nice little category.....

EDIT: I REDACT my early statements and apologize to TC. While it's true he makes those two kinds of topics a lot, it is not the primary topics he makes...
