It has an HOA that takes care of all landscaping and they aren't nosey so that's good. This condo is gonna be professionally managed by a property management company so hopefully there won't be too many issues regarding repairs. Though they are less lenient with security deposit on move out. So it's pros and cons. DrPrimemaster posted... So was the eviction a blessing in disguise? Luckily we weren't actually being evicted but I do think this ultimately is a positive experience. We get to move into a larger, less expensive home. We won't have to worry about landscaping or exterior pest control anymore. It's newer so the utilities should be less. Plus it's going to be entirely paid for by someone else.
