I don't get how that's a good complaint for Mega Man 7 yet all the Genesis Sonics get a pass. I hate just how little of the environment you can see. In a game all about speed, only seeing 4 feet in front of you is brutal. i'm fine with the camera in the old Sonics honestly - means you have to react quicker. now the level design in the first one has some issues - a few times they'll even give you speed boots right before a section where you have to wait for moving platforms/obstacles anyway, so that's kinda dumb. Nobody said anything about tradition. Sonic games were designed to have a sprite that size. Mega Man games were not. MM7 uses the same design without compensating for a bigger sprite, and the game suffers for it.
