Seafood is the best that the earth has to offer.
People just really don't know the best preparation has to with the individual fish,shellfish, etc. Something simple can just taste divine. Pan seared ahi steaks, seasoned and oiled correctly, can damn near compare to the enjoyment of top shelf waygu. Both have that sense of melting in your mouth, and bring you to mouthgasm in 3 bites or less. Things to hate... Beets Olives (Sacramento ruin olives for me) Potato Salad Cauliflower Cottage Cheese Blue Cheese Black Licorice Broccoli Basically my whole list. --- I have to return some video tapes. ...
