Came down with the flu, twice, in the span of one month's time back between late November and late December. I thought it was just my immune system being fucked because of chemo treatments, but apparently flu season is insane this year.

I think I might have the flu. I've had cold-like sypthoms for a week now with no improvement.

You better hope it's not bronchitis. Last time I had it I felt like I had the cold for two weeks without fever and noticed it wasn't going away, and it turns out not only did I have bronchitis but I was very close to getting pneumonia.

I don't think it's that, I haven't been coughing a lot. I mean my throat is sore because I've been coughing up mucus, but I haven't had like a dry cough.

Here's a good way to know if you might need to get checked out: breathe in real deep and see if you feel any sort of rumblings or sounds coming from your chest. If you do, keep an eye on it.

It is. If you can't feel anything when you breathe in deep then you're probably not in any danger from a respiratory infection. Try to get better, though.

I had a cold that went away and came back. It's gone now. I work in a pharmacy, it's been a rough flu season.

Or urgent cares suck and are just prescribing tamiflu out the ass. Hard to tell. I don't trust them since they misdiagnosed me with strep and gave me antibiotics that made me break out over my entire body

Do you wear a face mask or anything when you're working? I'd imagine you come into contact with all kinds of illnesses. It'd suck to get sick because someone coughed on you.
