Not if it's the result of medication, old anti-psychotics and even anti-depressants have nasty weight gain side effects.

Nope I refuse to stop eating mcdonalds

It's ok to be unhealthy. Being fit is overrated and requires too much hard work lmao

Its not much work. After the first month it just becomes routine and as addictive as alcoholism, just like your eating and not exercising became routine and addictive.

Don't you like have to change your lifestyle?

I'm very picky with food and hate to work hard so if it's easy and effortless I'm ok with it. As long as it requires 0 effort, 0 thought and doesn't stop me from doing everything I love. Since the most important thing to me is me, me, me being happy.

yeah but the lifestyle change should only take a month of it being difficult

It would involve too much change. Don't you have to keep up with it? As long as it doesn't change the things I like to eat and how I don't like to work hard and how I love to be sedentary.

Fat shaming makes no sense, especially if you choose to be fat.

What about people with Cushing's disease? Or with diseases where they have to take steroids frequently?

Also people with hypothyroidism which is pretty common?

Those people should just die

Its definitely easier for some people to gain weight faster than others, but at the end of the day, pretty much anyone could lose weight or gain muscle or whatever. If someone is okay with being fat or skinny or whatever though, more power to them, no one has to change their lifestyle if they don't want to.

I feel like part of it for a lot of people is using food as a coping mechanism in response to their emotions, similar to a drug/alcohol addiction. Yes, those things are each a person's fault, but there are lots of services designed to help people get rid of drug addiction by using better coping mechanisms, etc. but less services designed to help people with emotional eating/their weight/etc. I feel like it should be looked at in a similar way to drug addiction.

It makes sense as long as people are ashamed by it, glorification of obesity is the truly dark thing, nothing normal about it and likely a strain on everyone around them. Very selfish.

I'm a selfish person, which is a good quality to have

Most people aren't ashamed, and are proud

Are you saying that glorifiers of obese (like 600+ pound people) are strains on everyone, or that all obese people are a strain? I could argue against the latter even though it's true that old obese people (and I'm sure some young ones) put a strain on health insurance premiums, etc.
