Mace is a good comparison to give you an idea of how hot these things are if youve never had em. I eat lots of hot sauces and spicy candies and spicy foods but this is more along the lines of a weaponized pepper.
I dont give a fuck if there are hotter peppers.

I ate this about two hours ago and my stomach is killing me rn. I am doubled over with the most gasping abdominal cramps ive ever had im my life. I guess i fucked up when i ate it on an empty stomach.

Anyone who claims these arent hot did not eat a real Carolina Reaper.

Even people who eat spicy stuff regularly have to go through a pain period. It's usually a month or two of eating one or two super hots a day.

Capsaicin cramps are a rough ride as you now know. DO NOT eat fresh super hots on an empty stomach. Have a meal and drink milk. Chocolate milk does a better job of mitigating the fallout.

There are many truly awesome flavors if you're willing to deal with it until you adjust.

I first had a Reaper the November before last. I ate before and had ice cream after so there were no stomach problems.

The following February I ordered several containers of pepper powders. Ghost blend, Moruga Scorpion red and finally Carolina Reaper red. I used them in nearly every meal and got overly confident after months. Finally late last September fresh peppers were available for order online.

The day I get them, I impatiently decided to eat one of them. I chose a large Trinidad Moruga Scorpion red, despite being on an empty stomach foodwise and having drank a pot of coffee.

Not even five minutes later I was in pain. I was happy to have my entire mouth and throat on fire but my stomach was fuckin' me up!

THEN I made the mistake of trying to sleep off the pain. When I woke up it was crazy bad. I hobbled to the shower and just let the water run over me as I tried to feel better.

The whole ordeal lasted like 8 hours. That shit was even worse than when I had been cutting them up for a meal, didn't think about it later and scratched my johnson.

Dude you seem to enjoy eating these haha. I did this with the bros at work with our boss recording and i will never eat anything similar to this again. Like my god im nauseous thiking about these now.

When you belch, you'll get the flavor without any heat. Carolina Reaper is delicious.

I wish they would figure out a way to grow them to where the heat level is maybe 2-3 times hotter than a jalapeno so people other than chiliheads can enjoy them too.

It was like the burning pain you immediately get after scraping your knee on asphalt, and the pain doesn't turn to a dull throb until you wash and clean your anus with soap.

It took me by surprise so much I actual shouted in pain. I also have some scar tissue for hemorrhoids down there so it probably contributed a bit, but it will probably not be pleasant.

Also, the pepper decided to fly through my bowels at mach speed by itself, so none of the milkshake I ate afterwards came out with it. It was a small, liquid dose of pure magma streaming from my booty.

Ghost peppers are awesome in chili. Plus the flavor is a bit different between colors. I love a fresh peach ghost.

It was incredible but it wasn't unbearable. We ate them on New Years and waited 15 minutes to drink anything for relief.

Capsaicin tricks the body into thinking there's an issue. There isn't. It actually has health benefits.

After you adjust they're fine to eat at work. Try cutting one up on a burger or into some cheese dip.
