I've always been blown away by people who claim they lack the discipline to consume fewer calories. Since most of my beverage consumption is water and black coffee (milk if I need a "free" calorie boost that day) I get to experience the joy that comes with trying to consume a "normal" amount of calories purely in food. It's a lot harder than it looks.
Even if I eat like total shit (fast food, candy bars, etc) it takes great effort to eat what I consider an "unhealthy" amount of calories in a day. I actually have to go out of my way to make it happen. This is not for lack of desire or ability to eat, as I can certainly put away a LOT of food if I want to, but it's fucking tedious. Note that this thread is pretty much only talking about average people without any strange disorders/illnesses that might affect their appetite/calorie needs. --- All these boomas like me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVkkHVl8QvE ... I still don't understand why people eat for pleasure. Like trying different kinds of food too. IDK I eat to stay alive
