Considering that TWEWY used right now costs $40-45 CAD and is tough to find a working, non fake copy.
Im okay paying $50-60 CAD for it when it hits the switch.

If the original was underpriced, I see no issue with it.

You seem to think game prices should be determined only by whether the game is original or new. I go by a much simpler motto - if I get at least an hour of enjoyment out of the game for every dollar spent, it's worth it.

Like you can make fishing poles, mech suit of sorts, powergloves, and stuff that have mechanisms that trigger different button presses.

An add-on product line for the Switch called Nintendo Labo, which consist of cardboard DIY kits that work with Joy-Cons, and bundled software. These DIY things can be as simple as making a remote control walking robot with a Joy-Con in it to elaborate 'machines' and a mech suit.

Because of the Joy-Con's IR camera, you can have things like knobs, levers and dials work with no circuitry.

If the parents have much of a brain, not very often. Just use the original parts as stencils for cutting out parts from standard cardboard.

I imagine they will be video and text guides explaining how to do it as well. Maybe even outlines you can print out to use as stencils for your own cardboard.
