In one episode, Wellsobard says that he creates Ralph Dibny. But he isn't turned into a meta, until season 6. When Barry erupts out of the speedforce, and turns a bus full of people into metas.

Then, in the season finale, there's a big one. When Barry is running through time to save his mom, he sees the speedforce. You see Barry in a prison suit, right after Wells says this is "your past, present, and future".

Is this eluding to s6, after Barry allows himself to be captured?

I forgot the darkest one of all. In the pilot of the series, Harry is the first one we hear say the infamous "Run, Barry, Run."

Wellsobard hears this, while trying to murder child Barry/Nora, and uses it to encourage Barry throughout the season

Maybe. But he was never brought up at all after that s1 reference, up until the current season.
