Btw, I appreciate your tone. It's very hard to have a civil discussion on this board with someone who has opposite political views. So I am always happy when I find someone who has candor like this

millenial here.

vast majority of millenials are hopeless and bad on most measures, although one good thing is they question establishment slightly more.
baby boomers were bad, just less extreme, but they never questioned government as much.

Why do you think that? They/we support big government/marxism/socalism moreso than any generation. They/we barely cared when Snowden justified and proved all the "anti government conspriacy nuts", etc. I think it's easier to argue we are much more trusting of the establishment than others

my problems with them/us is based on social policies (my views are quite different from most on CE) and a little on money. lost in smartphones, etc.

and on the government, babyboomers trusted the government so much that they basically created the modern version of US which is mostly bad.

millenials sort of voted for Trump and Bernie, but both sold out. (outside of the Clinton/Bush camp) in larger numbers
I think Snowden and Assange have signfiicant though not large support.
one group supported them in the beginning, then it shifted to another group supporting them.

polls show that support of congress are at record lows (both for trump and obama).
people are sick of the same clowns sitting for decades and decades in congress.
polls show people are hungry for more political parties.

at the same time there are some partisan(is that the right word?) difference and still blindly supporting ones own government.

I actually agree with almost every point you're making. Just not agreeing with the idea we are less trusting of government

Nothing wrong with people staying with parents

High paying jobs are overrated anyways. That's only for like 5% of the population. Everyone here isn't going to be high achievers anyway.

Posts like this. I mean, yea, I think it's really dishonest to blanket statement "there's nothing wrong with it" in regards to dependency on parents when you're in your late 20s and early 30s

And yea there really isn't anything overrated about providing a good living for your family, lol. These sort of statements, and the complacency with mediocrity, is unfortunately not uncommon rhetoric among the millennials

MOST people are gonna be mediocre. YOU as a person will be mediocre, I will be, we all will! As will 95% of the USA. Only 5% will be high achievers
