Yeah, Angie is probably tied with Hifumi for my least favorite in the series. The Atua thing got old by about the first time I was finished talking to her in the prologue, and she never stopped.

It's funny, I almost began to ironically appreciate Angie until I did her dates in that non-canon dating mode. She bitches about eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverything and even picking the obvious choices for her gets a "Hmm, Atua doesn't like that, Shuichi, you're so disappointing. =|"

Yeah, sorry, can't stand her. I was really happy when she died in that case.

I wouldn't recommend watching until you finish the game due to related video spoilers, but there's a compilation of streamers' reactions to that part. It's hilarious.

Well I'm gonna save the class trial for tomorrow. I don't wanna be up all night considering that the last one was like 3 hours long.

Anyway, I think it's either Kiyo or Kaito. Kiyo because everything about the seance was meticulously set up and controlled by him. And Kaito just because his whole "I'm afraid of spoopy stuff" is the perfect cover. That and the fact that Shuichi had an inner monologue a while back regarding Kaito and how he would learn that trusting others came with a price or something to that extent.

Not doing the class trial until later this evening but I have put a little more thought into it and I no longer believe it's Kaito or Kiyo. Now I think it's Tenko and Keebo.

I believe Tenko was the culprit for the first case. She hated Angie and i believe she would do anything to protect Himiko whom Angie was taking advantage of. Also, Angie would only open the door for a member of the student council, and Tenko was the only council member with a vendetta against Angie.

For the second case, I believe another one of the student council members was aware of Tenko being the culprit and decided to get revenge for Angie. I think Keebo is most likely here, since in order to pull it off the culprit needed a light source. Sure they could have used a candle, but that only provides so much light. As we saw in the investigation, Keebo now has a built in flashlight courtesy of Miu.

Keebo's light is bright, but that wouldn't draw any attention, since iirc when first checking out that room with Tsumugi and Gonta they noted that there were no cracks between the floors, meaning no light from underneath would leak through.

As for the second murder, yes it is still a solid reason and parts of the problem of the how was a solid theory too, wish u can figure it better than me

That's my biggest complaint about the case. I was excited when it was revealed that they found out Kiyo killed Tenko, but it didn't matter because the only person punished would be Angie's murderer. I wanted it to be someone else so that we can have a situation where a known blackened is alive and in our group for the rest of the game (or until someone kills him).

Yeah, case 3 would have been fantastic if someone else had killed Angie. They teased going in that direction, and it would have opened up some really fun storylines with Himiko vs. Kiyo...but then they backed out and went for the most obvious answer. Most of the evidence pointed to Kiyo with so much related to the seance, and like, I think everyone suspected him for both once they figured the first one out. It just got lame and I think Kiyo is one of the most obvious killers in the series. It sucks because the case went from interesting and unique to just obvious, though I still like the investigation.

Also, I love Kiyo overall. I find him weird and mysterious before the reveal, and hilarious after. His storyline is just SO over-the-top that it wraps around to being really hilarious.

I mean they even have the scrum debate where Shuichi insists that they don't vote for Kiyo only for that to be the correct choice anyway
