Why? She was lied to like everyone else who voted for it. The people that should be in jail are those that lied about Saddam's nukes. You can't lock up Congress for voting even if they hadn't been lied to.

Basically find the people that made the most money off of the Iraq war and you'll find out who lied and how they perpetrated those lies.

She mishandled classified information no less than 137 times.

A sailor who took selfies on a submarine was sent to prison for 2 years for only doing it 6 times. By my math, for justice to be equal, she needs to serve at least 40 years.

I still don't understand what she did regarding Benghazi, at all, and every time I've asked about it have never really gotten any sort of insight.

A request for additional security due to an impending terrorist attack made it to her office two weeks prior, but she claims she never saw it. She then blocked attempts to find out what happened to it.

Also, she helped President Obama with the so-called 'Benghazi talking points,' where they called it a 'peaceful protest' in response to a YouTube video, instead of a terrorist attack.

Those grown ups were given faulty intelligence on Saddam's nuclear capabilities.

Regardless, there's no law against voting to go to war.

She was a Democrat getting ready to run for president. Republicans are by far the dirtier of the two parties so they used underhanded tactics to hurt her election chances. Couple that with their unconstitutional theft of a supreme court seat, and I can see an argument for locking up Mitch McConnell and a few other Republicans.

You don't seem to understand that the faulty intelligence they received means that your "no good reason" argument goes right out the window. If that intelligence was correct, then they were justified in voting to go to war.

lol so never go to war ever? Said intelligence wouldn't have changed anything even if it wasn't faulty. It doesn't matter what his nuclear capabilities were, it's still not right to invade a country for that reason. Or do you think North Korea and the US should also be invaded for having nuclear capabilities?

We can go to war without declaring war. It's the latter that should be illegal. Defensive wars are fine

The faulty info was more than just him having nukes. And the relationship between America and NKorea is not anywhere close to what we had with Iraq.

And whether I agree with it or not is irrelevant to whether they were justified in voting for it.

Then yeah I'm sick and tired of any war that doesn't meet these requirements. We need to stop playing world police. We need to stop being the literal version of Team America in the Team America movie. Those Matt Stone and Trey Parker geniuses hit the nail on the head with that one.

Assuming this is 100% true, where is the criminal offense?

Its not 100% true, and even if it were, there's no crime being broken. No one is arguing for charges against the Republicans that voted to reduce the budget for defense of our embassies, which directly contributed to the Benghazi tragedy. But that's because Democrats don't resort to such horrendously shitty partisan tactics.

Well it just goes to show what kind of people would vote for each candidate. Trumpanzees would vote for someone who wants to lock up his political opponents and pushes the boundaries of his power as much and as often as possible. While Obama voters are sane and intelligent.
