"racist" is a political buzzword these days. Sorry, Bullet_Wing.

So what do we call people who actually hate other races?

The word is fine if you're using it accurately. People like you have completely destroyed the meaning of it though and nobody takes it seriously anymore.

Right, everyone who is against you is racist, I know

I did not call YOU racist. I said that the people who made those insults are the type of people who actually are racist and proud of it. If you choose to identify as one of them, that's on you.

"Soy contains female hormones."
"You're a racist!!"

The problem is that you actually think this is a logical thought process.

I see your reading comprehension is still shit.

Simple fact remains that "soyboy" has nothing to do with race, you just like to try and brand anyone who says things you don't like as "racist" because you still think the attack carries some weight.

I am not saying that the insult itself is inherently racist. The people who propagate that nonsense are proud admitted racists. Go take a good look at the kind of people who unironically use those words. It's not me branding them so much as acknowledging what they're proud to embrace.

But soyboy is almost always aimed at effeminate white guys, so why are you bringing racists into this debate?

The point is the term has been around for awhile, especially in gymrat communities apparently, and has scientific evidence backing up the claim even if co sidered dubious.

It is in no way related to the alt right (whatever that is) and has more to do with soyboys having very similar political ideas (and defenses) per capita.

So naturally anybody who calls somebody a soyboy must be part of the alt right, because the only people who disagree with the term are naturally inclined to believe those who support that term must be members of the alt right, because only the alt right could be capable of the depravity that is disagreeing with those who consider it to be one of their terms. Just like cuck and hippie and communist.

Thats good for you, but despite what millenials think all terms did not first originate on the internet, and what cultural trends happen on the internet are not a reflection of what people believe or talk about irl.

Soyboy is not a new term and you are getting your jimmies rustled by extremists teaching you to get dog whistle triggered by the term and you are falling for it like the master trollers they are, and proving their point in the process.

I'm 35 and I don't really qualify as a millennial. I can see that term and not feel embarrassed for the person using it. I don't care where it originated. It is garbage and I could never justify using it myself, not even as mockery. Anyone who talks that way, I can't help but look down on. There is nothing to fall for and no point to be made. You shouldn't get dog whistle triggered just by somebody not patting you on the head and acting as though you're clever for regurgitating trashy buzzwords.

Basically, when I hear a new term, I make the decision to accept it or turn my nose up at it on whether or not I could use it without getting the sense that I've degraded myself or stooped to an unacceptable low. In this particular case, my position is clear.

Ayyy the studies in that link were based around the effects of higher concentrations of Equol. I read most of them when I was experimenting with creating a new topical medication to treat androgen driven disorders. I used S-Equol, a more potent version, but it still wasn't nearly strong enough. Many don't even have the gut bacteria to produce Equol. So you're going to see a high variation depending on genetics and gut biome. Equol binds to the beta receptor, so it's not as bad as ingesting something like hops. That's a more potent phytoestrogen that binds with the alpha receptor, so that's why we see manboobs and other feminine fat distributions on heavy beer drinkers.

So why are vegans so fit compared to the rest of the population? Why don't they all have manboobs? Why is their testosterone equivalent or higher if soy consumption is so dangerous to men?

Well, it turns out that the risk of eating phytoestrogens, especially from soy, is not as bad as ingesting actual mammalian estrogen from meat and other animal products. Vegans often also eat a ton of cruciferous vegetables which contain diindolylmethane. This strongly promotes excess estrogens to be metabolized and purged from the body. Vegan diets are also by far the highest in fiber, which is extremely important for many things that involve hormone regulation. The studies weren't on whole food vegans, just people given really high doses of processed soy. I bring up vegans because your article did.

tl;dr
If you are actually concerned about common dietary things that reduce how manly you are through hormonal changes, the trace amounts of soy in random food products are near the least of your worries. I don't think many are chugging Equol while being in group that was selected for high Equol sensitivity like the men picked for those studies.

Exactly.

People who live in the internet tend to think nothing is done or said until after they have heard about it on the internet.

Soyboy only works because its real.

Are you a weak, effiminate man? Soyboy

Are you a dude who spends his time blogging against gmos on your macbook at starbucks while drinking your soy mocha frappe? Soyboy

Dont insult me or my wifes child ever again cuck+soyboy

Politics has little to nothing to do with the term, and its not the insulters fault that most soyboys tend to share similar political beliefs that COULD be linked to psychological changes in the male brain when you arent producing enough testosterone.

Not an alt right (whatever that is) term.

Heavy soy consumers are rarely anti-GMO and vice-versa. Soy is one of the most commonly GMO'd crops in the world and the vast, vast majority of a Soy consumed is a GMO. In fact often times you'll see a lot of the anti-soy crowd use its GMO status as an attack on soy.

You should at least try to get your strawmen right.

"While some independent studies have claimed strong links between soy consumption and reduced testosterone, larger clinical analyses have found no link at all.

Data at present suggests that neither soy foods, nor isoflavone supplements alter measures of bio-available T concentrations in men, and that due to the many health-related benefits that come with soy, mean should not be afraid to include it in their diet."

Imagine having such low t, that you get this distraught over your nerd bodybuilding forum getting cucked out of meme lingo by the alt right.

In this post, someone who doesnt know the hormonal basis between testosterone and muscle development. Please stop embarrassing yourself. This is middle school stuff.

Using your alt to make generic supportive/troll statements is not only a sign of low t, but also a symptom of brain fog from all the excess estrogen you have. We are laughing at you.

Still not sure why you originally quoted me, other than you're an alt and I could effortlessly deadlift your entire existence for reps.

I would hope so. I would fall asleep before I got physically tired of deadlifting my body weight. I first mentioned the bodybuilding forum. I assumed you were speaking about me.

I said your entire existence, including everything you've ever experienced in life - first day at school, 2nd job interview, all the bus rides, etc. Bulbink is coincidentally also a bodybuilding forum memer. I spent years there back when I used to do powerlifting comps, it's easy to spot one.

Messing around aside, telling me I don't know the hormonal basis between testosterone and muscle was random, baseless, and made you look even more like his alt. (srs)

My apologies. Bodybuilding isnt life for me, just 5 hours a week, lol. I was just clowning around because I think these posts about everyone being so insecure with their appearance to be funny. I lift heavy things because its a hobby not because I give two craps about how someone else thinks I look. Its all about testing my limits. Pick stuff up. Increase weight. Oh, I cant pick that up today. I will get it next time.
