Some of that is factually wrong.

For starters, he was charged with Third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Not Sex Abuse or assault. In North Carolina, the law reads as follows.

Third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. (a) Offense. - A person commits the offense of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor if, knowing the character or content of the material, he possesses material that contains a visual representation of a minor engaging in sexual activity.

Secondly, he did not flee the jurisdiction at all. He moved well after it was clear he was never going to be tried for the crimes, but even still he went back to North Carolina on no less than 2 occasions to resolve this issue. The DA refused to have him arrested, but also wouldn't clear the charge. (Personally, I think this was because Dustin pissed them off the way he often does with folks, and even though they had no evidence to take him to court, they could still allow this to float over his head. Disgusting, but apparently not illegal if you can't prove why the case wasn't dismissed.)

Third, the assault charges you linked to have nothing to do with this, and the charges were dismissed.

If you're talking about Schadenfreude, yeah, I'm pretty sure that's him. If you're talking about me, then no, not at all. I don't think he'd have access to an account this old. He would have gotten it banned quite some time ago. Also, he would not have responded without being condescending or out right insulting to the person he quoted.

I'm just listing what actually happened, not the CE exaggerations that we typically see.

Well, for one, you can look at one of the links you posted. The second date on the case for sexual exploitation of a minor is one of the times he went back to have this resolved. They did not arrest him, nor did they issue a bench warrant. If you've followed his stories over the years, and can generally recall the times he's moved, you will note that they line up. Had he flown the jurisdiction, he would have his bail revoked and the judge would have issued a bench warrant for his arrest. And he would have been extradited on one of the the multiple times he was arrested in Maryland. Or at least held in connection to the aforementioned crime. Instead nothing happened.

You honestly don't think Maryland would have shipped him back if they could have? Made someone else deal with him?
