The regimen I had to follow was this: 4 times a day for 25 minutes each time for the first month, 3 times a day for 30 minutes for the second and third months, 2 times a day for 25 minutes for the fourth through sixth months, and then once a day for 20 minutes for the next six months. After that it goes down to once a week for 15 minutes, and that is only if you didn't have a sex session. There is no sleeping with them in(wtf), and it is NOT like a dildo, as you are basically just putting it in there and holding it with pressure to train the muscles to keep the space open.
