I actually just skimmed your articles (one has a paywall, by the way) and those are just Palestinians who are converting to ISIS because they're against the Israeli regime. It doesn't mean they support Palestine as an independent nation. ISIS just wants the land to be part of their caliphate without its own national identity. I'm sure plenty of Palestinians who are extremists would throw in with this. Others joining who actually want a Palestinian state don't understand ISIS' basic creed, that's not a surprise. The group is full of hypocrites and idiots who don't understand what they're following.

They don't hate Palestinians as in people who happen to be from there. They hate Palestine, the conceptual state, and forces such as Hamas that vy for it and any other country. They don't even recognize the validity of "Palestinian". Of course they want to recruit Palestinians, just as they want to recruit Americans and anyone else. They want them to come aboard and abandon any notions of nationalism, which is why they have passport-burning events.
Europeans with differing nationalist goals probably don't think the other side is Satanic, so yes, IS would hate Hamas, Hezbollah, Israel, etc. more. Another reason they hate Hamas is its ties to Shias like Iran and Bashar al-Assad.
