Dawkins (or Dustin) has issues where he believes he's always right regardless of how many professionals tell him otherwise. He believes he understands the law more than lawyers, judges, and police officers.

Dawkins got in a lot of trouble for recording people without their consent (in Maryland it's 2 party consent). He maintains the belief he's in the right. Eventually during a disturbance, he harasses police officers and despite being told he's free to leave, he interprets it as "I'm also free to stay" and harasses them more. Police charge him with disorderly conduct, he freaks out when they get him cuffed and put in the back of a squad car and proceeds to bash his head against the window, the tail light (breaking it in the process when they get him out of the car), and against the pavement.

The officers restrain him so he can't hurt himself, and later he blames the officers for his injuries. He gets charged with multiple counts of wiretapping when police seize his phone and computer where he has all those videos uploaded to his youtube account.

Through internet sleuthing, CE learned that he also has pending charges in another state for possession of child porn and appears he fled that state to avoid being prosecuted.

There was a raid on the garage he lives in recently where he was arrested or detained again, and one of the conditions of his current parole is to not record anyone (which as you can see he's blatantly violating).

There's probably more, but that's all I know.
