yeah absolutely. theres almost no feelings left towards my gf for me. But she's done nothing wrong, tries so hard for us and it's clear she still loves me to bits. But I can't return those feelings and I've been quite frank with her about it and have tried breaking up with her on numerous occasions. She just blames my depression and says shit like "it'll get better" and "i'll try harder" (even though she really doesn't have to, she does more than enough). But I doubt it will get better. i feel just awful about it all. idk what to do.

yeah i know right. we're a normal couple, we don't fight. we still have sex. but i'm just dead inside towards her and find myself resenting her for dumb reasons and having stronger feelings for other girls than I do for her (I'd never cheat because she's still a great person and i absolutely do care about her feelings, i just don't love her anymore). it's a disgusting feeling, and I'm 100% honest to her about it but she won't let me go and I can't make her go without doing something awful to make her hate me it seems. even then she'd probably fucking forgive me.

Wow, I feel almost the same as Back_Stabbath. My gf I feel loved me more than I her. When I was unemployed for a bit, she held us down without complaining, she hugs/kisses me way more than I do to her, she believes in my goals/dreams, etc. There are at times she puts her arm around me when we're laying down and I think man, get your arm off of me, but I don't say anything. I feel like there's hope. She's a great person, I'm just not sure what it is. Idk if I'm getting bored or not. There ARE times when I feel like I do love her, I'll look at her when she's asleep and think she's great. Honestly, I've been feeling depressed lately, so that could be making it worse.

Yup, in both my relationship (one past, one current). That said I like my current girlfriend more than I liked my ex-boyfriend at any point so while it feels a bit uneven we're still a bit more level than in my previous relationship, and I'm warming up to her quickly. I think she just attached to me quickly is all, it's still pretty early.
