I got laser on my legs a few years back. I remember it hurting a lot, especially where the bone was closest to the skin for some reason

Yeah that shit hurts. Its worth it though. What sucks though is that 2 years after getting laser done, it started growing back and Im back to waxing. Debating doing it again, it feels like hot needles stabbing your privates.

Seems that there's a massive difference from your standard salon. At first, it felt like a cold mist, but then it started feeling like she was holding fire underneath me. I've been pain tolerant for everything so far, but that was crazy hot. I hope this means it will work. Never felt anything more painful.

It does not. Not at first, anyway.

Hair grows in three phases and the only way to permanently kill it is to kill it during the first phase--but you can't get to the first phase with just one laser treatment.

To permanently remove the hair, you'll have to do it once a month for 6 months.

Oh man. I can tell you that Lidocaine can take the edge off, but don't ever expect it to not hurt. I actually thought my face was the most painful place, until I got my whole legs done, and let me tell you . . . that is one of the few things in life that has made me cry out and have tears run from the pain.

I definitely need more than that though. I don't feel like she gave me much lidocaine. I seriously don't think it helped.

30 minutes to soak. More like 40ish though.

you can get a certain percentage of lidocaine over the counter, so the difference is likely negligible in terms of strength. you can always supplement the lidocaine with tylenol or motrin

That said, I dont remember seeing any ugly transgirl here at GameFaqs, no matter if they were pre or post.

$ not so much. Look at Caitlyn Jenner. Plastic surgery galore. Ugh.

The biggest thing is genes followed by the age that we begin hormones. For trans men though they can realistically start up into their 40s and 50s and still come out looking manly. For trans women, I've only seen one or two who started in their 40s coming out ahead and that's because they already had years of makeup experience.
