But if they've killed in the past (in the lore for example) or previous titles they don't count. I'm also only talking about main characters in games. So a WWE roster doesn't count for example. And according to Death of the Outsider, Jindosh is probably dead. Not necessarily by Emily's hand, but considering his non-lethal fate, death could definitely be considered the more merciful option there.
