Listening to the radio in the car, if I ever hear a song Weird Al has parodied I typically have it going in my head over the original.

For me it depends on how much I like the original. 'Beat It' always trumps 'Eat It,' for instance. But if I happened to be listening to a radio station that played 'Gangsta's Paradise,' 'Amish Paradise' would always overwrite it. 'American Pie' and 'The Saga Begins' have a pretty even split.
