On my first game, I used it when I did David Tennant. The X meaning Ten there. I will use X for ten sometimes, so keep it in mind. I might do it with other roman numerals too.

I did have most of the pieces to it.

I had Art, ten, hell, lick, hoe, and of.

Was even thinking tunnel, which is like tonel. I also tried to make sense of lick-hoe.

But there's only two actual words in there.

You mean for me to use them in these current puzzle types or to design my own new puzzles based on this? I wouldn't have any clue how to do a picross. O_o

Hm, yeah, it IS harder to make sure they're solvable by logic alone.

I just think more types of puzzles would be good. This way you don't get burnt out on making them, people don't get burnt out on solving them, and people who aren't as good at this type still get to earn points.

Trust me, I am not opposed to new types of puzzles. If there's a logical way I can design them, I would love to. I mean, I've done music guessing games before. I love mixing it up.

Anagrams are nice, but easy to cheat on, depending on how many real words are in there. Crosswords, word finders, etc.

Crosswords and word finders are kind of a tough picking for a forum game though. I think personally. If I did a word search, people would have to edit the picture themselves to prove to me they know where the word is. Or explain it in a very awkwardly strange manner. Crosswords, depending on the clue, could easily be reversed googled. The puzzles I did the previous 5 rounds, they called for people to make sense of images in their own way that might be right or wrong without any sense of clue. As long as I gave no direct word, anything was pretty much game. It caused everyone to give it serious thought as to what things could be where they would use Google as a checker, rather than an answer key, ya know? I figure using my own questions on a crossword, people could easily search up answers, unlike they could do with this kind of a puzzle.

If you have any other ideas though, I'd love to hear them. I'm very open to the idea. If there's a way to make then un-searchable, I will give it a shot. Even with my music game, I made the clips so short without lyrics so Shazam couldn't figure it out and no one could figure it out without directly knowing. It worked out great and those who knew, knew and it gave everyone a chance without someone googling everything, lol.

So yeah, any other ideas, keep them coming. :)

With word finders, a grid-based system could be used. Like an answer could be Dragon - Starts at H2, ends at H7. Plus there's always ones where you don't know what words you're looking for. And ones with diagonals and backwards.

Ooh, then there's various ciphers.

There's a lot of different kinds of ciphers, but they're still things to solve.
