Some, but what about ones that are temporary, like a broken leg or something like that.

Same thing, they usually have crutches or that weird "new" scooter thing I've been seeing, where the knee rests on the scooter at a 90 degree angle and the good leg is used like a skateboard.

Not defending the large people using the rascals by any means, but if you walked into wal-mart on crutches and saw a rascal -- where would you put your crutches??
