Look at the size of this fucking thing. Just found it in the floor of my room next to my end table. Was still alive even though we gave the dog 2 tick baths and practically fumigated our bedroom today as well.

After the wife gets off work tomorrow we are going to take the dog to the vet for the injections and a really good tick bath.

While a lot of people do it with no real problems, you should not, in general, give dogs "human food" because of potential allergy issues. Dogs should always be fed dog food.

My brother put his corso on a raw meat diet and it was the best thing for him. Fixed all his stomach issues (never seen a dog throw up whatever he ate as much as he did). And natural foods are fine for dogs, I've fed all my dogs fresh vegetables (especially carrots) and as a treat fresh meat from the market. I don't season it or anything obviously.

please don't feed your dogs carrots or other veggies. they are obligate carnivores. just because they will eat it doesn't mean it should be their diet. dogs will also eat literal shit but you don't see anyone laying out a bowl of shit for them to eat.

I don't think he ever said he fed them meals of just vegetables

We have been. We make sure to check each other throughout the day (we typically shower together so good time to check). We are also checking our daughter every few hours but it's been confined to our bedroom so far so we are keeping her out of there. Feel had for the dog but she's been staying in the bathroom and outside the whole day. You can tell she is sad.

Does anyone know an easy way I could literally kill all the plant life/weeds in a specific area? When we bought this house the yard was mostly just dirt, now it's crab grass and weeds. The fucking things grow fast and it's part of the reason the dog is getting them so easily. I basically want to scorch the earth out there, don't give a fuck if nothing will every grow there again.

We've given her a bath using two different tick shampoos and bayticol. Also use to put a flea and tick powder over her every few days but that hasn't helped at all.

We had ticks really bad for years when I lived in New Mexico because our shitty neighbors wouldn't take care of their dogs or yards. We always sprayed our yard twice a year and gave our dogs Frontline every few months. That seemed to do the trick.
