...I do to an extent, but I don't love it like some people do. I've seen pretty much every one of the original episodes, and it has lots of problems.

- Not weird enough for Lynch
- Some characters and character storylines are garbage
- A bit too slow-paced
- Not enough dream sequences, which are perhaps the best part
- Window Earle was a pretty disappointing and weak
- Tries too hard to be edgy in places

Still reasonably good, though. I mean, plenty of good characters, good soundtrack, and some of the storylines were very good. "Coop" is great, he really is. The girls are generally hot and pretty, too.

By '"edgy", I meant violent and dark.

The return is by far Lynchian enough. Near the end it reaches Mulholland Drive and Eraserhead levels of Lynch.

I'm still watching on Netflix, might finish up tonight

Season 1: great. Laura Palmer storyline
Season 2: Starts great. Fades. I thought a few of the new characters were annoying. About 8 episodes too long, had no direction. Windom Earle is amazing, though.

I actually like a lot of the later parts of Twin Peak. With the main story arc over, it could focus on the characters, which was kinda the point of Twin Peaks in the first place. Some of the new characters were really good. Those two people at the hotel, and the girl played by Heather Graham.

I just felt like that murder story arc was barely resolved. Just some crazy possessed dude? I think the prequel movie clears that up more

Wyndham Earle is one of the most pointless 2-dimensional villains ever.

It sort of legitimizes Cooper's place in the town. Since they had a history. Otherwise, why would he stay there?

The second season was awful because Lynch wasn't involved that much IIRC and it went full on Soap Opera until he came back for the last episode.
