Being stuck in all the time, and some houses are pretty cold, as well. People in countries with good weather don't know how lucky they are. I sometimes think people who live in desert countries are the luckiest of all. Sometimes.

It's been like +40C (that's 110F?) for two straight months here, up until late August.
Then in winter it goes to 0C with lots of wind most of the time.
Luckily no fucking snow.

I know humidity is shitty and makes you sweat a lot, BUT consider that it does have a few really good, underrated benefits:

-Harder for cold/flu germs to survive
-Very little threat of static shocks
-Easier to breathe and promotes healthy sinuses

Like yeah, it sucks when you're outside on a muggy day and drenched in sweat, but IMO that's a better alternative than really dry winter air that legit hurts to breathe.

Yeah, I fucking hate the winter (in Scotland). When it's dark and cold, I don't want to get up in the morning. Ice and snow cause havoc, making it potentially dangerous outside and making more work for you. You need to wear more clothes that restrict you and stop you from doing a lot of things. You end up being stuck inside more, which I hate. In the summer, I love just getting up, throwing on a t-shirt and going out into the sun (if we get any lol).

Also, I had a lung infection that became (double) pneumonia last winter, and ended up in ICU for nearly a month. It was pretty bad and I'm lucky to be alive really.

There is a blessing in that we don't really get extremes of weather here in the UK (e.g. Arctic/Antarctic levels of cold, hurricanes, etc.). Floods are about the worst we get.

50 miles away from the Adriatic sea coastline.
But on the plus side there's no hurricanes/tornados/floods/snow/etc. No insects like in tropical areas and no other dangerous animals.

We experience all of the seasons in my state, but winter and summer can be pretty harsh.

But I will take 40 degree winter weather any day over miserably oppressive 95+ degree heat.

If it is cold, you can at least wear a jacket and be warmer. If it is too hot, you are screwed when you actually have to wear a suit or dress shirt/pants.

I've got that northern European blood, I do stuff outside when it's cold and wet, once it's above 85 I don't go outside.

Cold weather is great. Plus if you have a dog playing with them in the snow is one of life's greatest simple pleasures.
