You have to be a rare super saiyan to actually get the unlocked potential, and that's like winning the lottery. most sayians would be slaughtered by the likes of Zarbon, Dodoria or the Ginyu Force. in fact, any of those guys probably could have soloed Planet Vegeta <cite>Zikten posted [p:886324769] in the Sayian... And king vegeta in ape form would've had a power level of like 120k I think? that means only ginyu was actually stronger.
