Too many people have this idea that "almost nobody deserves anything better"

Really, in a country like America almost nobody deserves to make more money at their job or to get better benefits from their employer to any degree that is worth writing home to mom about?
I cannot stand behind such ideology, especially when nearly everyone I've come across that follows that ideology turns around and idolizes the rich and wealthy to some degree.

And if most of those people are more likely to be conservative and not one to be fond of those who are of Muslim faith and are likely to be of Christian faith that has a God who wants you to live in abundance?

I mean, you could argue they're being more like the extremist Muslims that they hate, I mean, they want the ten commandments every where just as much as extremist Muslims want sharia law every where.

And to get back to what I was saying at first.. Really? We fought tooth and nail in hopes of creating the best country on earth with the highest standard of living as the normal and now we sit there and kiss ass whenever the wealthy elite tell you how to excuse and take the bull**** that America's economy has become due to that?

Not really sure what your point is here.

Are there countries with better average standards of living than America? Yes absolutely - some European countries have higher relative average earnings, healthcare standards, education standards, lower crime rates etc

But America remains a country of great opportunity for those that reach out and take it. If you want to improve your situation in America, you have near infinite options to do so. A lot of parts of the world do not have such potential for the average person.
