I had a girl that actually loved me and i fucking ruined it cause im an asshole. She did literally nothing to me. I pushed her away. We were perfect for each other. Why the fuck do i do this shit to myself. Why cant i just be happy for once. How do i come back from this.

Well, you should talk to somebody. Too many different forms of negativity spawn from depression (and just not liking yourself in general). Don't let yourself ruin anymore of your relationships.
