brazil nuts are healthy but high calorie. don't eat tons of them but like 5 a day would probably be good. I don't know if they are any healthier than other nuts though. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

yeah i used to eat them but only eat 5 max a day because they are too high in selenium. its basically a nut to eat just for nutrition.
