my grandpa called them n-word toes.

brazil nuts are healthy but high calorie. don't eat tons of them but like 5 a day would probably be good. I don't know if they are any healthier than other nuts though.

My great grandmother did too. Guess it was the name for them way back in the day.

I remember brazil nuts being tough af to crack with a nut cracker.

yeah it was a common name for them. my dad called them the same but stopped when I was about 6 and told him that wasn't a nice word.

I think I ate 5 of them a little while ago. :u I won't have anymore then. they were pretty good though. had a slight cashew taste?

yeah i used to eat them but only eat 5 max a day because they are too high in selenium. its basically a nut to eat just for nutrition.

It's the worse one.

I heard it a lot growing up. I don't know at what point people finally stopped casually using racial slurs for nuts, but it made me uncomfortable even as a kid.
