Tbh I thought my wife was hot pregnant and the thought of pregnant sex was hot. But I wouldn't call it a fetish. Since it only happened twice and both kids came premature so she didn't get that far along. Some women's hormones go through the roof pregnant and are insatiable. Maybe thats the trigger that gets some men off on pregnant women.
