Ohhhhhh. Shit I didn't even notice. The entire lower backround is part of her hair. I thought she just had a buzzcut. It's kind of weird why they didn't make it more notable. I thought she had short hair the entire time.

As for the special itself.... it was okay. The beginning and end parts were a bit better than the usual PPG2k16 fare while the middle was your usual. If you hate the show it's not going to convince you not to hate it. I didn't hate it but I see no need to really, I dunno, vouch for its quality or whatever.
