If the recipe tells her to put salt and pepper she just puts pepper. I asked her why and she said she doesn't like to add salt to food. Neither does her grandma nor her dad. I don't know if i can live with her.

It's bad for you in excess, but salt is a pretty important part of your diet

We get plenty of salt.

Not to mention you can add salt at any time pretty easily to anything.

That was kind of debunked. It's still bad for water retention, but it doesn't harm your health in any other way.

Growing up, my mom never put salt in her food. Healthy and all, but it kind of ruined restaurants for me.

She...doesn't cook with salt? If you're cooking almost any veggie or meat you're gonna want salt. It's not just for taste lol.

Nothing worse than getting over salted. I hate it.

You wake up all parched and it bloats you. It's nasty

Adding salt during the cooking process is different from salting food on your plate. Salt a steak during grilling vs grill it plain and salt it while eating. Totally different flavour.

I don't either. There's enough salt in most ingredients already.

Too much salt is bad. Salt as part of a recipe is there for a reason, though. Makes no sense to not include it.
