I do a ten minute "wake up" yoga routine mp3 on my phone. Stretches everything out and gets the blood flowing.

I just am. I have the most energy during the morning. The hot shower wakes me up. Then listening to music gets me pumped up to work. No coffee needed.

I've never liked going out at night and hanging out with people late at night, so I always went to bed early. In turn, I woke up earlier and earlier, and now I use my mornings to be productive and I love it, because no one seems to fathom being out and about before 7AM

I just can't sleep in. The later I go to bed the earlier i wake up. I am up by 6 even on my days off.
