We both started at the same time. I don't want anything serious and I told her that. I don't want to sleep around with or date coworkers because it can cause problems down the line, an we are both locked in for 4 more years. She's a smart girl, so she agreed about that sentiment, but I can tell she's a little down today. Do I just let this kind of blow over?

I did it and it was awesome. She had personal problems not long after that and eventially left the company on bad terms.

I've done it quite a bit and it really only fucked me over when I did find someone I did want to get serious with, got messy. Even if you're crystal clear with intentions, it can bite you.id suggested being up front and clear before getting to that point.
