Well it's not that I can't. I still have sex with my girlfriend at least once a week and watch porn once a week, never have any problems doing so. It's more just that I remember when I was younger and like I craved sex/deeding on an everyday basis. Now it's more just when the opportunity arises and I'm not actively thinking about it all the time.

Good to know though that apparently there's a rebound in the mid 30s though.

For me personally and for my wife, I think it's as we became more comfortable and open with each other sexually it became more intense and exhilarating. We've done more sexually in the last 7-8 years together than we did the first ten. Maybe it's a continued familiarity with a person too. That I can only speculate though as my wife is the only woman I've been with sexually.

I mean most of my friends that are married or in long-term relationships have told me they do it like a couple times a month tops, so I assumed once a week was pretty good.

Also I want to step it up but whole point of this thread was about how I'm not as horny as I used to be when I was younger. When I said step it up, I meant should we go to the gym more than once or twice a week.

You have low testosterone. Get your levels checked. 30 is too early to have low libido. The good news is that you can fix it. Eat more fatty foods and others foods that increase nitrite oxide. Stop eating junk food because it does nothing good to your libido. Just one more thing: Exercise. High intensity workouts will make you horny.
