The left has falsely cried racism so often that it no longer means anything. What will you do when nobody cares about being falsely accused of being a nazi anymore? Will you call everybody you disagree with Satan or cancer next?

Edit: Actually the only thing worse than being called a Nazi is to be called a communist. I wonder if that's next.

Let's say someone steals a car who then gives it to their kid, without telling them it was stolen. The kid drives it around unknowingly. Would the car not get repossessed once discovered it's stolen? Or would the kid be given a break because their parent was the thief, and get to keep the car?

Their parents knew the risks of all of them potentially being deported at any time the government decided when they brought their children over, and the children also learned of the risk their parents took as they got older and wiser. Only the naive bleeding hearts are surprised and angered by this finally happening.

DREAMERs for the most part have lived in America most of their lives even though they were not born here. They have been educated here and are very much for lack of better words domesticated. If nothing else they should be given a chance to remain in the country. To take a test to be American citizens most should be able to pass. Not giving them this opportunity would be wrong. They shouldn't be punished for something they can't control.

That is not making this country great.

It is, because they stole a car, hurting the owner. These kids did nothing except maybe make a life for themselves. Some are highly skilled and making great contributions to America.

Actually they did hurt a kid who is in the process of immigrating legally since the amount of people we let in is partially dependant on population growth.

They did nothing wrong themselves, and you'd be completely uprooting their lives for no reason but spite.

No one who supports DACA seems to care about the kids who are trying to get into the country legally and how the prevalence of illegals slows down legal immigration.

What kind-hearted people you are for favoring rulebreakers over the kids who deserve citizenship.

Misleading topic title, but it's duckbear so what else is new.

It's not official because there has been no official announcement on this, just rumors of what may happen.

DACA is not the solution to the problem. It's not the executive branch's job to make the law, that's up to congress. If people want dreamers to stay, and there are plenty of good reasons for them to, pressure your representatives to make something happen.

Ahhh so this is how you "create jobs"? Just take them away from people after wrongfully deporting them so positions are vacant.

The damage is done. Deporting these people will not help anything. I'd understand blocking anymore people from entering but what does this accomplish now?

They aren't getting a free pass. They aren't just random undocumented illegals that can do whatever the hell they want. All you are doing is pointing out the flaws in our immigration system. It is way too long and difficult of a process. I am not going to pick either/or in this situation. My sympathies for dreamers and traditional immigrants.

Now explain why you think it's fair to keep a kid from immigrating legally out in favor of a kid who's parents stole their spot
