I will say that I have never watched the anime, but I watched the Netflix movie and the concept intrigued me enough to start watching the anime and I really like it so far.

Knowing nothing about the Anime or the story going into it, I give it a 5/10 at best. Light was a terrible actor and made me cringe at points.
