We've been together for 3 years and I never had a doubt until recently. The day I met her I knew she was it. She recently went through depression and recovered, but we don't laugh like we used to. Even if she returns 100%, is it worth it?

personally i dont think there is such thing as "the one" or soul mates or whatever, it's more just the person that you think it's worth it making it work with (and vice versa).

i havent been married long but i did date my wife for a few years before we got married and we have went through so many changes since we started dating, and i think the main component of our relationship is that we are willing to go through all these big and small changes together

We've been on and off for 10 years, so yes.

First breakup wasn't until two years in. It was because we both went to college and she put on a lot of weight.

I don't believe in soul mates. I love her and we get along great, the rest you work through. It's an ongoing thing.

I think it's perfectly normal to have doubts every once in a while. There's no such thing as soul mates, but there is such thing as someone who is "worth it" and as long as you come to the conclusion that your SO is, I think you'll be fine.
