I work as a courtesy clerk at Safeway, and though it isn't my ideal job, the customers are usually nice and I get along well with my co-workers and managers. --- Donald J. Working helpdesk can be a slog, especially since despite its intent in being an internal IT helpdesk, most of our calls have nothing to do with IT because of how asinine it's set up.
