I was a fan of the JonTron show before I started watching GameGrumps. I didn't even know who Arin was in the Star Wars videos Jon did. I had heard of GameGrumps but I couldn't bring myself to start watching a Let's Play video but when I did start it appealed to me and kept watching. I'm not a fan of Jon's GameGrump days since Dan is much better and Jon is better suited to making his own videos IMO. --- "Well, it's not a bad game. I didn't really like Jon's personality either, in fact he is kind of a monster in his personal life, but as a producer of content I have at least that respect for Jon. He is probably the best YouTuber out there, even if it does take him awhile to get things done. I can personally vouch that having wide tonal range and practicing it a lot allows you to imitate a LOT of great voices. But yeah, he's a funny dude still.
