I'm not gonna vote since I haven't seen any, but I bet there will be a lot of votes for Christopher Lee's Drac.

I went with Gary Oldman, only because I actually like Bram's original story, and think overall (despite a excellent portrayal by Lugosi, for the time the movie was made) Coppla's version of Bram's story was the best, and Oldman upheld that character to a T.

Second would be Christopher Lee's version, or the Hammer films in general. I am a big fan of the foreign horror films that were made in the 70's even outside of Hammer like Fascination, The Nude Vampire, Vampyres, The Lair of the White Worm, etc. Lots of good horror and erotic/horror imported in to the US in those days. So I kind of tend to lump Lee's Dracula in with them, even though they don't necessarily subscribe to Bram's story.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Coppola film, but damn was Oldman brilliant.

And for everyone who wants to make excuses for actors being shitty (the material was no good, the director sucks etc), watch the scene between Keanu and Oldman. Oldman literally putting in an all time amazing performance and Keanu putting in a GOAT shit pile of performance, in the SAME DAMN SCENE. Proof that if you're good you can make ANYTHING WORK, including and awful scene partner.

Keanu is litterally the pile of shit on top of Oldman's bar of gold. How anyone involved in that movie even thought of using him in the first place, much less the movie being released with him playing Harker is just a big "fuck you" to Stoker's character.

I could care less about Keanu in any other movie, but he was outright terrible in that movie as Harker given the character Stoker wrote. In fact I might only ever seen him in Bill & Ted's. He's not an actor I seek out or avoid. He just tends to be in movies I have no interest in usually.
