I remember playing several of these demos and getting hours of content from them. The Skies of Arcadia demo comes to mind the most. Yes, I'm pretty sure they are. My imports worked on my TV without issue. Sometime I did need a bootdisc though. There are so many excellent DC fighting games that never made it here, or only did five years later as handheld ports. Moero! Justice Gakuen was waay better on import than it was when it was released here too, with an online more, character creation, and a couple random league modes too.
