I think Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton once ran, but I'm not sure. As for the Mexican-American judge, my memory is a bit hazy here but I think he was associated with an pro-illegal immigrant organization (could just been right-wing fake news though). If he was, how is that any different than judging white cops as racist for shooting black men? Or prejudging white juries as biased when judging black defendants? The left does this ALL the time and is never called racist for it, except by conservatives. The Philando Castile jury is an example.
